This website is operated by Joyful d.o.o. ("we", "us"). We take the protection of your data seriously. This page explains what we collect and what we use it for.

1. What we process

• Booking data: name, email, phone, rental window, payment method, payment receipt. Stored to process your booking and to satisfy legal record-keeping obligations (up to 10 years).
• Contact form: name, email, message. Used to reply to your enquiry.
• Anonymous analytics: page path, country, locale and a daily-rotated hash of IP + user-agent. No cookies, no personal identification possible.
• Google Ads cookies (only with consent): Google measures the performance of our adverts. Processed by Google Ireland Ltd.

2. Legal basis

• Bookings + contact: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract)
• Anonymous analytics: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)
• Google Ads: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)

3. Data processors

• Supabase Inc., USA (database hosting)
• Vercel Inc., USA (web hosting)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Telegram FZ-LLC (owner notifications, contains booking data)
• Google Ireland Ltd. (only after cookie consent)

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data. Consent given can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in Croatia: AZOP, www.azop.hr).
